      Ubiquitous overexpression of Nedd4ΔNterm.Scer\UAS.Long.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of any one of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI, Scer\GAL4da.G32 or Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL results in developmental lethality.

      Muscle specific overexpression of Nedd4ΔNterm.Scer\UAS.Long.T:Zzzz\FLAG driven by muscle drivers Scer\GAL4how-24B or Scer\GAL4005 does not result in any lethality.

      Larvae overexpressing Nedd4ΔNterm.Scer\UAS.Long.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4005 exhibit muscle innervation abnormalities compared with wild-type.
