Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant form of Ubx that lacks the N-terminal domain up to amino acid 282. The KELNEQ amino acid motif at position 349 has been mutated to AALVAV and the EKQAQAQK motif at position 350 has been mutated to AAVAVAVA. The construct is tagged with a Tag:HA epitope.
