      Expression of rictorGL00544 under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP0001 does not lead to any defects in midgut degradation after pupariation, with no significant difference in the size of the gastric caeca, or in autophagy levels 4 hrs before puparium formation.

      Expression of rictorGL00544 under the control of Scer\GAL4cg.PU does not result in a significant difference in autophagy in the larval fat body upon starvation in these flies as compared to controls.
