Description

Imprecise excision of PBac{WH}Sptrf04272, resulting in a 234 bp bi-directional deletion and a new TAT trinucleotide sequence at the breakpoint. The 5' UTR, but not the coding sequence, of Sptr is disrupted. The transcript level of Sptr is markedly reduced.
