Description

Ddc promoter sequences from -0.47kb to the transcription start site, with mutations in the AP-1-like site of conserved region 1 (CR1) and a second AP-1-like site between CR1 and CR2, are fused upstream of sequence encoding the DsRed(T4) fluorescent protein tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
