Description

A 1.2kb fragment of the 5' region of the third intron of msn containing a cluster of 2 conserved grh sites and one conserved AP-1-like site (termed Wound Enhancer 2 or WE2) drives expression of sequence encoding the DsRed(T4) fluorescent protein tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
