Description

Genomic sequence from P"["acman"]" clone CH321-35A24 which contains approximately 20kb of upstream sequence and the 5' portion of the flam piRNA cluster. An antisense EGFP coding sequence has been introduced into the genomic fragment approximately 4kb downstream from the first annotated piRNA.
