Description

Insertion of an HB element into the second intron. This element contains 182bp that are not present in the reference strain. In addition, a DraI site found in wild-type DIP1 at position 1765 is missing, due to an A to G substitution. This changes an AAA codon into an AAG codon (this is translationally insignificant as both codons encode lysine).
