      Flies overexpressing GgaScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF display rough eyes that are smaller in size than wild-type. At the ultrastructural level, overexpression of GgaScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP results in the loss of normal ommatidium organisation and divided bristles.
