      Expression of wkdScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS results in formation of ectopic seamless tubes surrounding the tracheal terminal cell nucleus. At higher levels of expression, small spheres of apical membrane are found adjacent to the nucleus as well as less abundantly at more distal sites. Terminal cell actin cytoskeleton is not significantly altered.
