      Third instar larvae expressing asrijNIG.13533R under the control of either Scer\GAL4e33C or Scer\GAL4Hml.PG have a higher number of secondary lymph gland lobes than normal which extend more posteriorly than in the wild type.

      The total number of circulating hemocytes is significantly increased in third instar larvae expressing asrijNIG.13533R under the control of Scer\GAL4e33C compared to wild type.
