      Expression of AntpH5.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in antenna-to-leg transformation and a reduction in the eye.

      Expression of AntpH5.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey-OK107 results in less than 10% pupal lethality. 50-75% of animals show a reduction in the eye compared to wild type.
