      Expression of AntpA5.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 does not result in antenna-to-leg transformation. A slight reduction in the eye is seen.

      Expression of AntpA5.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey-OK107 results in less than 10% pupal lethality. 25-50% of animals show a reduction in the eye compared to wild type.
