      Expression of AntpG15.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in antenna-to-leg transformation and reduction of the eye.

      Expression of AntpG15.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey-OK107 results in approximately 99% pupal lethality. 75-100% of escapers show a reduction in the eye compared to wild type.
