Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of smo tagged with Tag:MYC. The PKA sites in the first and second of three serine phosphorylation clusters in the cytoplasmic tail have been mutated to aspartate and the PKA site in the third cluster has been mutated to alanine.
