Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant form of smo tagged with Tag:MYC. The PKA sites in the first and third of the three serine phosphorylation clusters in the cytoplasmic tail have been mutated to alanine and the PKA site in the second cluster has been mutated to aspartate.
