      Flies expressing AxnFGmut.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS are fully viable and hatch into aphenotypic larvae. Expression of AxnFGmut.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.int2.1 in wing discs results in minor wing margin defects.

      Expressing AxnFGmut.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS does not suppress the naked cuticle phenotype seen in ApcQ8 Apc2f90 double mutant embryos. Only occasional individual denticles are seen.
