      Expression of snS289D.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sn.PZ partially rescues the macrophage migration defects seen in sn28 mutant stage 15 embryos.

      Expression of snS289D.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 fails to rescue the female sterility and actin bundle formation defects seen in sn28 mutant nurse cells.

      Expression of snS289D.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sn.PZ partially rescues the macrophage migration defects seen in Df(1)C128 mutant stage 15 embryos. The reduction in the number of actin-rich filopodia seen in sn28 mutant macrophages is not rescued.
