UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of Ecol\lexA (nuclear localisation signal is mutated) fused to the VP16 activation domain followed by Hsap\NFATC1 sequence lacking the C-terminal domain and with a mutation in the calcineurin binding site.
