Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of "Flash-Pericam" (see PMID:11248055 for a description of the generation of "Flash-Pericam"). This protein consists of a circularly permutated form of EYFP that is tagged at the N-terminal end with a calmodulin binding peptide and at the C-terminal end with calmodulin.
