Expression of Ir25aNIG.15627R under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155, Scer\GAL4Ir25a.PA, Scer\GAL4nan.PK, Scer\GAL4nompC.PL, or Scer\GAL4nocte.PS, but not Scer\GAL4ppk.PG, Scer\GAL4Clk.2341, or Scer\GAL4TrpA1.PR, results in a significantly lower circadian clock entrainment index for locomotor activity rhythms under 25[o] C:27 [o]C temperature cycles in constant light conditions, compared to controls.
