      Expression of mir-252Scer\UAS.T:Ppyr\LUC under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 results in almost complete loss of the wing margin. The wings are slightly thinner than normal and are strongly folded. Some parts of the wing veins are slightly thicker than normal and the end of vein L5 is missing.
