      The expression of mir-310Scer\UAS.T:Ppyr\LUC under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO, in combination with RU486 treatment to restrict expression to adulthood, leads to a significant increase in the recovery time from ethanol sedation, as compared to controls.

      Expression of mir-310Scer\UAS.T:Ppyr\LUC under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 results in smaller wings than normal which are curved. Extra sensory bristles are often seen on wing vein L2.
