      Expression of FicScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS rescues the loss of the ON transients in Fic55 mutant electroretinograms.

      Expression of FicScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 fails to rescue the loss of the ON transients in Fic55 mutant electroretinograms. The defects in phototaxis seen in Fic55 mutants are also not rescued.

      Expression of FicScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4repo rescues the loss of the ON transients in Fic55 mutant electroretinograms. The defects in phototaxis seen in Fic55 mutants are partially rescued.
