Adult survivors expressing mir-978^{Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^sd-SG29.1 have wing defects.

Expression of mir-978^{Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ptc-559.1 does not result in a mutant phenotype.
