      In third instar larval tracheal dorsal trunk, expression of α-CatHMS01903 under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS leads to discontinuous tanedial folds and F-actin bundles, both of which are organized in groups of independent units (single cells, labelled by Spectrin) while running perpendicular to the tube length when compared to controls.
