      RNAi knock-down of SPARC in cardiomyocytes driven by Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 impairs heart function (less contraction between diastole and systole compared to controls) and significantly decreases the distance moved by heart walls during diastole and systole.

      Third larval instar adipocytes expressing SPARCHMS02133 under the control of Scer\GAL4SPARC-MI00329-GAL4 do not show a significant change in plasma membrane depth compared to control cells.

      Expression of SPARCHMS02133 under the control of Scer\GAL4SPARC-MI00329-GAL4 does not result in melanisation of the fat body.
