Description

The Mtor promoter (a genomic region of 949bp upstream and 9bp downstream of the ATG start codon) drives expression of an N-terminal portion of Mtor (amino acid residues 1-1757) which is tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(Unk)) and with GFP.
