      Expression of Zpr1dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS leads to gas-filling defects in the tracheal lumen. Zpr1dsRNA.Scer\UAS terminal branches contain an internal, membrane-bound structure, positioned similarly to a mature lumen but lacking a developed cuticle.
