Description

A mutated nerfin-1 promoter sequence, containing an inverted 229bp sequence, uncovering the fourth to sixth CAGCTG E-boxes, is cloned upstream of a minimal HS promoter followed by sequence encoding the DsRed(T4) fluorescent protein tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
