      The second mitotic wave in third instar larvae expressing Hsap\YWHAGScer\UAS.P\T.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF appears wider than in controls (S-phase cells visualised using BrdU). However, PH3 staining shows that there are fewer mitotic cells in the morphogenetic furrow.
