Ubi-p63E promoter sequences drive expression of mys coding sequences carrying a predicted activating mutation in the cytoplasmic domain (carries the amino acid replacements Y831F and Y843F, which renders the proximal and distal NPxY motifs non-phosphorylatable, promoting talin binding).
