      Expression of CTPsynScer\UAS.P\T.C.N.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 results in a dramatic increase in the number of cytoophidia in the egg chamber, while their length is not dramatically altered. The cytoophidia are straight and often appear tangled up with each other.
