      Expression of CTPsynScer\UAS.P\T.C.C.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 results in a dramatic increase in the number and length of macro-cytoophidia in the egg chamber. The cytoophidia appear curved. Many long cytoophidia also appear very thick.

      Expression of CTPsynScer\UAS.P\T.C.C.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU results in dramatic increase in the average length of cytoophidia in the follicle cells.

      Expression of CTPsynScer\UAS.P\T.C.C.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU results in the formation of macro-cytoophidia throughout the embryo.
