Description

The Act5C promoter drives expression of a mutated form of fz that contains a deletion of nucleotides 413-708, resulting in a frameshift. Amino acids from codon 138 onward are replaced with ILPGERLDCSSILGWILGSGLCCQLLVYGAHLLDX.
