      Pan-neural expression of Hsap\IAPPpro.Scer\UAS.cSa at 26[o]C under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to reduced longevity compared to controls. This significant reduction in lifespan persists for flies expressing Hsap\IAPPpro.Scer\UAS.cSa at 18[o]C and 29[o]C.

      Expression of Hsap\IAPPpro.Scer\UAS.cSa in the developing eye under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF does not affect eye morphology.

      Pan-neural expression of Hsap\IAPPpro.Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 results in the formation of aggregates in the CNS and fat body.
