        In Pex5MI06050 homozygous stage 15 embryos, the repeated segmental patterns of CNS neurons, PNS neurons, CNS axons, glial cells, and longitudinal/oblique developing musculature are disrupted, as compared to controls. embryos also show increased apoptosis, as compared to controls.

        Pex5MI06050 homozygous larvae show peroxisome import defects in the larval midgut, and abnormal fatty acid pattern, as compared to controls.
