      Expression of Mmus\PkacamC.Scer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.247.Switch in the presence of RU486 results in a significant decrease in total sleep time, an increase in short duration sleep episodes (5-15 minutes) and a decrease in long-lasting sleep episodes (150-500 minutes) compared to controls, without significantly affecting sleep bout number.
