Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric form of Atx2, in which the region targeted by Atx2GD11562 has been replaced by the corresponding sequence in the Drosophila pseudoobscura pseudoobscura ortholog (Dpse\GA18704). The construct is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
