      Adult flies that constitutively express Zzzz\aptamerHsf.X24.Scer\UAS display phenotypic abnormalities in the abdominal segments in 8% in cases), wing shape (90% exhibit notched wings) and morphology (20% exhibit crinkled wings), and bristles (33%) and eye protrusions.
