Description

Genomic fragment containing the His3-His4 gene pair. A Tag:FLAG tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of His4. The bidirectional promoter and 5' UTR region from each gene pair has been replaced with the bidirectional promoter and 5'UTR regions from the His2A-His2B gene pair.
