Description

Genomic fragment consisting of a copy of His3, His4, His2A and His2B. A Tag:FLAG tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of each of His4 and His2A. A Tag:HA tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the His3 gene. Both TATA boxes in the His3-His4 promoter have been mutated.
