    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Prtl99CMI10224/+ nuclei are slightly elongated compared to wild type but males are fertile; homozygous Prtl99CMI10224 males have reduced fertility and nucleus length of mature sperm and spermatids during individualization is increased compared to wild type.

Prtl99CMI10224,Cad99C248A/Prtl99CMI10224,Cad99C248A double mutants have an elongated nucleus area (in spermatids during individualization as well as mature sperm) compared to controls. Prtl99CMI10224/Cad99C248A flies have reduced fertility and elongated nuclei in spermatids during individualization.
