Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of SMC3 cDNA sequences (corresponding to IP16426), fused with 500bp of 5'UTR and 3'UTR of the SMC3 gene. A 50 amino acid peptide linker (which includes three TEV protease recognition sites) is fused in place of the SMC3 stop codon, followed by vtd coding sequences fused with GFP.
