Description

The maternally active αTub84B promoter drives expression of nuclear-localized EGFP fused to the 6x Tag:MYC tag, followed by the cad 3' UTR (nucleotides 1-863, numbering from the first nucleotide after the stop codon) containing a set of mutations that are predicted to disrupt microRNA binding while preserving the putative secondary structure of the 3' UTR.
