      Note, there is no protein coding sequence in this line as they have replaced the entire osk CDS with the BoxB tag. This tag is used to tag mRNAs so that the expression of mRNAs can be followed in cells. Seemed appropriate to leave under the osk gene and keep BoxB as the tag, since they are looking at how osk sequences affect the localisation of the transcript produced, and in other papers they may well add the BoxB tag to an mRNA that also encodes a protein. gm131129.
