Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^eya.enh1+E+2 results in a glossy eye phenotype.

The expression of ATPsynγ^GLC01662 under the control of Scer\GAL4^VP16.bam leads to a significant increase in sister chromatid arm cohesion in S5/6 spermatocytes.

The expression of ATPsynγ^GLC01662 under the control of Scer\GAL4^VP16.bam does not significantly affect the number of cysts undergoing meiosis I or II, but leads to a significant reduction in the number of spermatid cysts and a severe reduction in mature sperm produced, as compared to controls.

The expression of ATPsynγ^GLC01662 under the control of Scer\GAL4^VP16.bam leads to significant increases in sister chromatid arm cohesion and centrosome number in S5/6 spermatocytes, as compared to controls.
