Description

UASp sequences are fused upstream of the WDR79 full-length coding sequence annotated as 'WDR79-RA' in FB2012_03, tagged at the C-terminus with mRFP1. RFP-tagged WDR79 is expressed in the absence of a GAL4 driver owing to the presence of an unannotated promoter and transcription start sites in the 5' region of 'WDR79-RA'. (The correct gene model is correctly annotated as WDR79-RB in FB2013_03.)
