In individuals expressing BsgHMC03195 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG or Scer\GAL4hh.PU, L3 class IV da neurons show loss of dendritic field coverage. Arbors show a decrease in stable microtubules compared to controls.
Expressing BsgHMC03195 under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH leads to a significant proportion of individuals with some persisting salivary gland tissue 24h after puparium formation, i.e. 8hr after the time when this tissue is usually cleared in control individuals.
