Description

Scer\FLP1/Scer\FRT-mediated replacement has been used to insert the Avic\GFPS65T.Ubi-p63E marker (cloned from P{Ubi-GFP.S65T}, and inserted into the X97 vector for the replacement process) into the P{FRT(RS3r).y}10B insertion. The resulting P{FRT(X97.Ubi-GFP.S65T.w+)}Y10C insertion shows variegating Avic\GFP expression.
